Do any of the Brethren have this set - How does it work?? Looked interesting as I LOVE ABT's but anything to help in the prep would be great.

What are you guys blind. It's right there...

I have a corer similar to that one. I don't use a holder, mine go right on the grates.

Sorry - fam got me some of my favorite micro-brew for Christmas and I had to make sure it was up to my incredibly high standards.

Hmmm...looks interesting. I don't see any bacon wrapped around the ABT's. It looks like they we cut in half and stuffed with cheese. Do you have a link to the website?

King Kooker site in the accessories section - I would think it would hold bacon wraped ABT's and the price ($12) looks right.

I would go with the Iron Desert chile grill and corer.

Here is a review:

Both the corer and the grill are excellent products and are highly recommended. As a matter of fact, I have some japs in the fridge now waiting for the Miami/Jets game on Sunday.

The King Kooker would take up a lot of grill space. Academy sports has a smaller one for@$10

I have 2 racks from Cabela's http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/standard-item.jsp?_DARGS=/cabelas/en/common/catalog/item-link.jsp_A&_DAV=MainCatcat602009-cat20079-cat280027_TGP&id=0029210516649a&navCount=4&podId=0029210&parentId=cat280027&masterpathid=&navAction=push&catalogCode=UJ&rid=&parentType=index&indexId=cat280027&hasJS=true

Pros - hold peppers upright so less cheese melting out.
Heavy duty
Cons - you need small peppers or they don't fit well once wrapped in bacon.
Not good if you are making boats -

As for seed removal, I just use a vegetable peeler.

Im a frugal bbq dude.
I take a disposible aluminum pan and punch holes in the bottom and flip it upside down for a holder.
I use an oyster shucking knife for scraping out the membrane and seeds from the peppers.
