Here's a little ribeye I had for dinner tonight. I drizzled a sauce made from Gruyere cheese, chardonnay, heavy cream, and seasoning over the whole plate.

That look awesome! Never tried Gruyere cheese. Is it goat cheese?

Yumm-O! Is that white asparagus on the plate? If so, wondering how you prepared it and also how you would compare it to the regular old green asparagus....Iv'e never tried it.

It is white asparagus. I braised it in a skillet with water and a little EVOO. It tastes just like green asparagus and makes your pee smell just as bad.
