First let me say I know -No pics didn't happen-
But today I picked up some nice t-bones after work (Sams Club). And grilled them up. Covered them with evoo and Montreal steak seasoning. Was a little salty for my liking but wife loved it. Als tried something for the first time .And I know alot of you have probably tried this but I only saw it couple weeks ago on a cooking show.
After I pulled them off the grill I put some garlic butter on the tops of them. Covered with foil and let sit for 5-7min. WOW!!!!!! Must say the best I have ever had!!! gave them a rich flavor and the butter mixed with the juice and made a savory sauce.
Will be doing that again.
