Our Hay Capital BBQ Cook Off and Bike Show has just received a Proclamation from the Governor to make our comp a State Championship Contest. Everything is coming together for our first cook off. We are gather sponsors to be able to have cash awards that wll make it worth coming to our cook off. As all of you are planning your 2009 list of comps to go to, what are you looking for in a contest that we, a first year contest, can offer you that would make you want to come to our event?
