i thought everyone knew how to make them except me...

it's a thawed frozen meatball wrapped in bacon and dusted with dry rub then smoked till the bacon is done to your liking then dunked in thinned bbq sauce then smoked some more to set the sauce then served in a bed of the sauce.

at least that's how i think they are supposed to be done 8)
