Ain't nothing like a little steak and eggs on a Saturday morning.
I seared this Bone-in Ribeye at about 600 degrees to mid rare, toasted up an english muffin and fried up a couple eggs. Washed it all down with a little "V8."
Only thing better would have been some home fries, but did not have the time or patience.
