My 'boss' has the digital camera right now and is playing with photos on her computer - so I should have more photos to post later.

Shockingly - the brussels sprouts went over better than the sweet potatoes. I thought that the potatoes were pretty good. Double smoked - I cleaned out the skins, added crushed pineapple, brown sugar & Jack Daniels, stuffed that back into the skins then topped with pecans and cooked for another 15 mins or so.
