Smoked Ham Steak:-P
Double Decker Fattie:eusa_clap
Green Beans n' Bacon:icon_wink

I am especially proud of the Fattie's this time. You may remember in my last attempt I tried to increase distribution of the fixin's I put in the Fattie. This time I added fixin's to both layers, one JD Bold Country Hot and the second was JD Regular. Both were topped with Pepper Jack Cheese, onion, Yellow Chili and Jalepeno Peppers. Then one layer placed upon another and rolled.:eusa_clap

The Ham Steak was sweet and the Bacon (Hormel Ranch Style) dressed up thos Green Beans to a T!

I'm heading for the recliner...:icon_cool

Very nice. Those fatties look great. Just would need 4 brown and serve rolls and it would be over.

Good goin' there, Bo :-D. It looks like you're getting pretty good at making pin-wheel style fatties. Ditto on the smoked steak. Were you able to get a decent smoke flavor without it getting too dry?

Yup! The Ham Steaks had been marinated in somebody's "Zesty Italian" Salad Dressing overnight, then wiped and seasoned before I tossed them in the WSM. They were just fine...(burp).
