Last night, we were in the mood for some sausage and peppers, so we lite up the gasser and throw on some sweet Italian sausage, from BJ's (Primo Brand Sausage).

Cooked them till they had a nice brown coating on the outside.

Then we took them off and let them rest, meanwhile the pepper and onions were cooked, in a pan with EVOO.

The sausage was cut up and sliced and placed in a pan, seasoned with salt pepper and garlic, to go in the oven, for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Meanwhile, the garlic mashed potatoes were made and finally dinner was served.

Wish I had good Italian bread to make a Sausage and Peppers hero, like the San Genaro's Festival in NYC. :icon_smil
