Baked Alaska on an Egg

A friend of mine showed it to me and thought that this was awesome. Musta been a great party.

Great idea! But gotta have really high heat in the egg to brown the meringue. Can't leave BA in too long or the ice cream will melt. Usually only the broiler element is used when using the oven.
