I was perusing the pictures of some of our latest jobs,
& came across these 3 pics of the guys pits i am helping in Galveston
to cook for the city repair crews. He has everything on these things.
3k generators, griddle hot plate cooking, gas grills,
Tandem Smokers, yada yada. He's starting a pretty nice collection of Toys.

Sweeeeeet!

Except maybe for those Texas Longhorn emblems!!! hahahaha

However, that wouldn't keep me from eating some good Q from those beasts!!!

Hope all is going well down in Galveston. Glad ya'll are helping those in need and those who are working to get things back to normal (if that's possible). Thanks!

Them are some sweet rigs. Those Longhorn emblems sure dress them right up.

That's just unreal. Add a kegerator and a stage for the band and we're set.

Holey Moley!!!

On the serious side, does a beast like this need to be inspected and licensed before it goes on the road?

What? Only one sink?

That wouldn't fly up here in Michigan, gotta have a tripple sink. Give me the rig and I'll put up for two more sinks.
