wednesday steak,stuffed spuds,& abts

the neighbor brought me some jals & habaneros from his garden so abts were a given.stuffed w/ onion & chive cream cheese,garlic,fatty,& chopped rib leftovers.taters were twice baked stuffed w/same+cheddar & crumbled bacon. the steaks were cheap ny strips(all walmart had left after the wkend).i meant to do them rare but the phone rang.

it was from old folk relatives down in margan city,la.(hurricane gustav) i had to answer it. theabts were w/ the jals.the habs are for salsa for x-mas giveaways.
