One of my FAVORITE meals of all time is Nathan's dogs wrapped in Pillsbury Crescent roll dough!

Now all you need is some home made mac'n'cheese with several slices of pepper jack cheese melted in.

Add to that your inscrutable photo skills and . . . Wow!

Did you do a partial cook on the dogs? I like them that way, and I also like 1/2 X 1/2 pieces of smoked bologna in there too.

My wife and SIL like to do those with the Lil Smokies for hourdurves(sp?). They're great. I haven't cooked any up on the smoker yet though I've thought about it. What wood did you use? I wondered if actual smoking would go well with the pastry and not overpower it?
