Leftto my own devices tonight. Had a thin chuckie (great grillin steak) gave it some love on my old Smokey Joe. No need for filler (sides, etc.) I don't want to slow myself down.

Looks great...No need for the extra Bulk anyway. Could maybe add some Fried onions and mushrooms if ya need a veggie.
