ok you bastages, all the pron of the fatties I had to try my hand at them tonight. I stopped on the way home from work and bought the fixins got them stuffed simply with eggs and cheese, and rubbed with my own cajun type rub. i will update with some pron later on I hope (if they come out edible any way) if this thread just disappears you know they sucked.

well here is pic of them on the smoker. i sliced one to try its ugly but it tastes fantastic. in fact my neighbor pulled up while i was checking them out.....he left with that one. I will slice the second one for our supper....now on to the pron.
