Where do you buy parchment paper? I want to smoke a meatloaf today and it calls for parchment paper cut to size under the loaf. Or can I just set on grill?
Thanks

Most any grocery store. It's located near the waxed paper, aluminum foil and such.

They will have it. Our local carries Reynolds brand in a blue and white box.
use a brown paper bag
That will work.
Worst Case, Aluminum foil will also work.

It is also found at Michael's (craft store). In the Wilton baking goods aisle.

Certain chains of grocery stores here don't carry it.

what he said.
a paper bag cut to size and wiped with some crisco works too.
I put mine on a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil rolled up on the edges so the grease didnt drip off because I didnt have a drip pan big enough to put under it.

Hopefully you found some but the paperbag works in a pinch as well. I just leave it long enough for the meatloaf to firm up some then pull it out.

Thanks to all. Momma found it at Wally World and they turned out great. But I forgot pictures so I guess I'll try the parchment paper next weekend!
