A Nice Summer Meal (Pron)

Kept it simple again tonight, brisket burnt ends, hash browns and fried corn. Started eating before I remembered to take the pic!

Got the idea for the fried corn from this thread (http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=44276&highlight=fried+corn). Since it is starting to come out in season, I bought some fresh corn. Didn't have bacon grease so I used butter instead. Cut corn off cobs, fried in butter with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, crushed rosemary and some cilantro. I threw a fresh chopped tomato in right before serving.

Tasted great, I will definitly do it again. Nice thing is you can add almost anything..it is very versatile. Next time I'll try it with SPAM in it!
