Hey!!! Does anyone have a recipe that uses pork sausage as the "crust" and then it's stuffed with cheese, and whatever else you have in the fridge? Having people over Wednesday and would love to serve this as an appetizer. Can't think of anything better than the smoked chickens, veggies and a few cold beers

Thanks much!!!

Armadillo eggs for sure! Buy a couple of pounds of bulk sausage, flatten them into a lot of pieces, put something (egg, cream cheese, peppers, etc.) in the middle, roll up and seal the sausage, and cook like a fattie!
