I'm especially interested in any experimentation with egg temp vs high/low gluten flour.

actually, i cook pizzas down at my friend vinny's restaurant on fridays somtime on his egg

i usually use premade crusts from krogers or mamma mary's so i can't help you with that one. this one was about 450 for 25 minutes

thanks, mon! great idea...... how about a 2009 calendar where every day is saturday and there's 13 pizzas, one for each month! :biggrin:
