BGE fire grate Question

Can anyone tell me how many and what size the holes are in a Large Big green Egg Fire grate?

I'm making one from my Cheap Knock off BGE and would like the same air flow etc...

Mine is about 4inches under some lump.

They don't give the measurements is it about 12" across? If so it would fit.
