Tonight I grilled 1 1/2" thick whiskey pinapple teriaki marinated rib eyes medium rare.

I also made Goody Girl Championship Potatoes that I saw on Guy's Big Bite this week.

The potatoes were great. they have a pound of bacon, sour cream, cheddar cheese, 1/4 pound of butter, onions and garlic sauteed in the bacon fat, salt pepper and chopped green onion. Have a cardiologist on standby when you make them. Brian
