Decided to do some tri-tip on my bds today. Add some tater salad and some chili beans, and it doesn't get any better than that. Enjoy the pr0n guys.

Do you always serve yourself in styrofoam containers?

I' own a Mex food restaurant and a furniture business. I'm at the restaurant first and then go eat lunch at the furniture store. That's why I use foam plates.

Do you cook your tri-tip the same as a brisket? Low and slow to 190-195?

I love Mexican food! Unfortunately, we don't get too much of the real deal way out here... can you share some SIMPLE recipes? Burito verde is on of my famorites, I have it with a green chilie sauce...

Tri-tip is very easy to cook. I did mine at 250 and it took about 1 hr 15 minutes. People also slice it up and grill it as well. Either way you do it, man is it good and tender.

Oh man that is some good looking tip! I could eat that all day. Jedidog what is the name of your reaturant in Santa paula. I work out on the east end of Ventura a coupla times a month. I would like to try your place for lunch:icon_bigsmil
