The chicken or the egg??:mrgreen: Did up some drumsticks on the egg last night with Jamaican Firewalk rub and smoked with Plum a Brethren sent me. Thanks Bob. It was so juicy i should have worn a bib(see last pic)

Check your local Home depot or Lowe's for that rack. I think I paid 5 or 6 dollars for mine at Lowe's.

Lowes has them, the folding ones. Harder to clean but easier to store.

I may have to check them out. What is the benefit to cooking them that way other than you can fit more on the grill

I thought the shirt was the bib. On a good day I change mine 3 times.

While I don't eat raised fowl's unless my wife sneaks it in, that does look tasty.
