Howdy...

Just cooked some quick burgers on the UDS with cherry wood at ~300 F.
Topped with Cheddar and grilled onion, very good eats :biggrin:

The meat was argentinian ground beef that i got from our meat sponsor.
Awesome stuff, beats the ***** out of the usual store bought ground beef over here. Just seasoned it with salt & pepper.

Good lookin burgers. I have only had argentinian beef once (in Bonaire) it was an awesome cut of Tenderloin.
