First time using this marinade. It was a gift from Norco to me at the So Cal Bash last month. I must say it is really tasty. The wings were in the marinade over 30 hrs.
I also did some ABT'S for munchies, they are the cat's arse in goodness.
Sides were sliced cumbers, tomatos and red onion. Dressing was Basalmic vinegar ,salt and pepper. Left over small white beans made with freshham hock I smoked a couple of weeks ago. I can barely move. Enjoy the pron:icon_bigsmil

Good looking grits! You should try the Goya Chipotle Mojo, great with wings!

I had almost given up on Mojo marainde, I tried injecting, marinating for days, skewering chunks, and just wasn't getting the flavor I was expecting, I think smoking may have something to do with it, until I shot up a butt and Picnic and roasted them in the La Caja China- It was some of the best tasting pork I've cooked.

Great lookin' eats! I've use the Mojo for salmon, shrimp, and scallops that I was grilling, very good stuff.
