Sundays Beef rib W/ PRON

Picked up a couple nice racks of beef ribs for $1.79/lb, rubbed them w/ Uncle Earnies Beef rub (great stuff) The wind has been blowing 30Mph all week.

Did some yesterday.....very tasty with Spicewines Heffer Dust and Montreal Steak Seasoning. Smoked about 5 hours. Keep us posted on times and pics. Sure looks good!

Man those look great. I am not much of a full bone beef rib guy, I perfer
