Tom and Char Manhart put on one the best CBJ classed in Omaha this weekend. They organized and cooked the class. The food was incredible, it certainly made the grade for a competition level of cooking for this class of 62 participants.
It was great to meet Pat and his bride, who helped as well.
Too often the instructors get the thanks. But what makes the class truly is the cook and the organization.
Thank you so much for all you do for BBQ
We also got to spend some time in the new trailer. It is HOT and were not talking about the temp, (its airconditioned).
