Use it for smoking fish or cheese. Hard to maintain heat. No air control.

Ditto to what Big Mista said. One of the first smokers I tried to cook on. My hubby got it for smoking his deep sea fish catches many years ago. Ok if you like a challenge. I use to take it for a spin every one in while before I fell in luv with my WSM, but for now it is rusting on the side of the house. No fancy cover like Norco.

My understanding is the smoker is the perfect Mother's Day gift. Other than that I think Mista nailed on how to use it.

Norco are you going to weld a plate on the bottom and add some intakes to yours?

Going to deffinately seal bottom and put electric element and homemade smoke pistol for cheese.
