I was wondering if anybody had a catering contract that they would mind sharing ?

Do a lot of guys use contracts? I don't use a contract unless it's a huge event, but I follow a process.

1. Menu and price fixed - 72 hours minimum ahead
2. Count confirmed - 72 hours minimum ahead
3. Menu and details confirmed with a pre-invoice - 48 hours ahead of time
4. Deposit received - 24 hours ahead of time
5. Call the day of and confirm for any last minute changes.
