Had Smoked Salmon, Scallops in a White Wine Reduction with Bread Crums, and Vinager Cole Slaw. I was not real happy with the White Wine Reduction need to work on it alittle more.

Looks good enough to eat! :-P

The good thing about not being happy with the reduction is you will need to make it again!

on the cutting board, lower left....is that bacon?

I personally dont like slaw, but wife loves it. Im going to get this Qin down and its her job to come up with the slaw for everyone.

Yes it is bacon and it make the cole slaw much better.

Now I know why you weren't at the bash, you were reducing white wine and smoking salmon. Hmmmmmmmmmm. Looks good Scott.
