The new issue arrived in the mail today.

Whole issue is about BBQ. Some really good looking recipes and articles. There's an article about Perry Lang and home smoking chipotles.

Looks like a good issue!

The Brisket with Chimayo Chile looks really good. Might try that one this weekend.

Got mine yesterday and really enjoy the info this month.
I agree about the Chimayo Chile Brisket, gonna give it whirl as well.
