My daughter asked me to cook up some Q' for a private Memorial Service for a close friend that passed away Thursday. I fired up the Drum and put on two soaked Corned Beef points for Pastrami and rolled up three St. Louis Spares. Kingsford with Apple for smoke.

Been neglecting the Egg lately so I rubbed up the rib tips for the cook on the raised grate and a dozen chicken thighs crammed in with a couple fatties RTD mod. Wicked Good lump with Apple splits mixed in @250*

Ryan was only 17 years old and this was a special request from my daughter. This probably should be in D&R but it made her day to bring it to the Memorial.

It's a tragic thing when someone so young passes away. I'm sure your efforts we very much appreciated. My thoughts and prayers go out to his folks and family.
