Try to talk them down and then flip it if you don't want it.

I am consistently amazed at HawgsNHeifers WSM's ability to cook it's little silver legs off. Good advice from Captain Ron . . .

SO, is it in you car yet? What's the hold up?

Offer $100, and if they balk give them $125, you're still way ahead of the game.

I got mine a month ago and haven't used my Competitor since. In all fairness to my Beast, it's because I've been working on chicken and since my Backwoods does not have a removable water pan and it's a bit massive for a dozen or so thighs. I like the WSM, I like it a lot.

This upcoming weekend will be a pork practice cook in the Competitor and chicken in the WSM.
