:?:I have no idea how to cook one of these things. I understand that it is cut from the round (cow but). Too lean for low and slow I suspect. On sale localy and I'm in the mood to speriment.

Anyone got idears.

Give it the Hot Beef Injection. Take something like BBQ sauce thinned with Jack Daniels and some ultra minced garlic and go to town and then let it rest with some rub for a couple of hours and then cook it it the smoker with some temps around 400-450 till she is done! Slice thin & serve!
