The cooker got too hot while I was pushing the stinkin mower on our too tall grass cause my stinkin riding one wouldn't go no mo today. The thighs skin pulled up which it would never do at proper cooking temp and the bottle of good sauce was only about ľ full so I had to sub some cattlemans and that dang stuff if BLACK and you canít hardly get a shine on it like that if you know what I mean.

This 3 bean baked bean thing came out amazing. I just used the standard baked bean recipe and added a handful of shredded jerky and a handful of dried apples and man was this stuff good. I definitely be adding this to all my beans from now on.

Too done and too dark, well not too done but just cooked too fast. Q is always cooked at Q temp IMHO.

This pulled chicken is fantastic, we ate some but not on a Sammie and canít wait to do that though. Cooked them gigantic breast (I love them big enís, and these was the biggest ones I ever saw) till they were about 150 or 160 and put in a pan with foil and cooked till the thermopen slid in and out like butter. Tossed the skin (tried frying little strips and didnít like it) and pulled it, added some sauce.

Not a good pic of the pulling part, I was trying to show how it came Off Da Bone (Desi).

Sitting in my smoking room and thought Iíd take a pic of my weeping cherry tree. Itís kinda got me worried as itís got sap running pretty bad out of it, but it seems to still be thriving. We almost drove back up to the mountains about 6 or 7 years ago to get one of these and thought better of it and found one local, and it was about ľ as big back then as it is now.

These cacti was a small cutting from Ms Drivers cousins we got about 8 or so years ago and have grown real good on the side of that slate red mud hill.

We live on Crabapple Lane but our address is Red Bird Ln? Itís the only Crabapple tree in the neighborhood. I think it need some doctoring and trimming too.

Gonna have to fire up the chain saw for some apple wood, I think. Itís so full of worm / and or insect holes it might not be worth it. Just have to see when I cut into it. Donít hold your breath though, I got lotsa golf to play this summer.
