Chicken thighs, Boston Butt still smoking, Fatties.
Used all Pecan to smoke today and it has turned out pretty good.:cool:

His, rub and caressed during the cooking process. Babied during the sauce process. And throughly enjoyed during the eating process.:biggrin:

But she didn't get 18 only 16 I had to taste test didn't I.:twisted:

And I haven't smoked anything but meat today. Just a little cranky.:wink:

It was all good, but I'm starting not to like the sauce on my meats anymore. I'm liking them better with just some rub and spice seasoning. I also have been eating a lot more beef as of late and liking it more and more.

Already making plans for another Prime Rib, that was the best yet.
