yep, you read that right... free pizzas at vinny's tonight!

here's two of the four i made on his egg and we gave to some of the regulars at the bar. customer appreciation :biggrin:

a couple of people asked if we were going to deliver. hahaa

those take 12 minutes at 450 with those thin crusts. next week, they will have to buy them :twisted:

i took some of the ground up chipotle peppers from last summer and used that on a few of the pizzas... really gave them a kick of heat!

Rick, with all the excellent pron you turn out on the BGE's, the BGE company should give you stock options!!!

don't think that idea isn't in the back of my head. i'm thinking of becoming a bge authorized dealer and selling them out of vinny's! he has some areas of his place that are for rent and they would make a perfect small egg store

those crusts are in a box in the freezer. vinn'y gets them from his food pimp :biggrin: it's amazing how crisp they get in 12 minutes
