I am finding my cook times are faster on the SW than
What I have done before FEC and Klose

I noticed that also,i assumed it was because i didn't have open it to add fuel, spray or just peak while i was drinking beer and tending fire. I go by the NuTemp probes for internal temp.

I agree. The spicewine cooks 30% faster AT THE SAME TEMP. I have never figured out why!

I've always noticed that. If I want to cook for 12 hours I have to cook at lower temps, but hey - nothing is wrong with faster cook times. Do you guys use water?

And where's the thread about your first spicewine?

ThomEmery
03-29-2008, 02:16 AM
I have used water thus far
We are going to try bricks in the water pan next time

No way, no how, never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You would love all the Mods, i can't think of anything else it needs. Maybe the cutting board table attachment would be a nice touch. I don't think i will make to Saddle Sore.
