Finished. In my opinion Artichokes are more trouble than their worth.

Food looks great, but I'm right there with you on the artichokes. I love the taste, but man the trouble. I buy the hearts canned to use in various things. taste is just as good usually without all the hassle.

When I First stared eating artichokes I would have to aggree....whats the point. The wife was a big fan of them, she ate them quite a bit growing up the Oregon. I kept trying them, I'll be danged, they are one of my favorite things now. It just takes a while to get the hang of it. We always have them with steak.

Looks great but how do you get an empty can and half full at the same time. I like the Italian method of cooking small artichokes so you can eat the whole thing.
