They look fantastic. THey look very neat as well. THe skin was very well trimmed up. In order to give you a more accurate evaluation I would need for you to over night me a couple pieces!!:-D

I'm sure they taste just as good. I've done the sauce hot tub method once before and liked the results.

Bob thanks for the reply. Love your comment on the "hot tub method!" This chicken had the bite through skin which is what I was looking for.

I would probably give it a 7 in flavor. What I was working on was the bite threw skin and I got that which I was excited about.

Good excuse to get out there and do it again. Practice makes perfect.
