One of my thermometer on my smoker, has condensation on the inside face. Is there anything I can do to get it out, our should I even worry about it?
I have thought about drilling a small hole in the metal case on the bottom but it could just make it worse, anyone ever dealt with this?

I've heard of that fix often regarding the Big Green Thermometers. I'm sure we're talking a micro jewlers screwdriver though.

I'd just treat it like a cheap watch and put it over a light bulb till that's gone and then rub some oil around where the glass and metal meet and maybe that will stop it from getting moisture.

I'd return it to the manufacturer. It has a leak in it.

It worked for me on my BGE thermo and a Grill Care Wal-Mart el Cheapo (that is accurate and Calibratable) But if it was a Tel-Tru or Ashcroft I'd return it.

Heat it up and put in vacuum canister and pump it out.
