Chuck roast smoked to about 170
Asparagus sauted with sweet peppers in a garlic teriyaki glaze
Roma tomatoes chilled

It really tasted pretty good if I do say so my self.

I just need some fresh mozzarella, basil & olive oil along w/ a loaf of good Italian bread to go with the tomatoes.

Looks good. I love chuck roast. I usually prefer it cooked higher and pulled, but nothing wrong with slices either.

The only thing I would do different would be take the chuck higher in temp. It had great flavor but could have been alittle more tender.

Pork SmokerLooks good, did you do the Asparagus on the smoker? If so how long to perfection?

oiled them and stuck them on for about 35 min then brought them in and glazed them in a pan on the stove with the mini peppers.
the Asparagus was very good but them agian teriyaki makes everything better. LOL

Ya Santa got it for me. The only problem with that is he used my wallet.
But I'm very happy with it.
