Okay, I finished welding up the smoker last weekend, and before I could paint it, it got rained on. To avoid it getting rusty, I went ahead an coated it.

Thanks guys. The black is regular grill paint, and the red is high temp engine paint. She has been fired up twice. Last weekend was a pastrami, and last night was a pork loin.

Thanks guys. I havent cooked chicken in it yet, but I should give it a shot. Does chicken come out good in a smoker?

Meat itself is great. Now the perfecting the skin is another. Run it hotter, @ 275+. If Sledneck gives you advice on chicken and you can live with 13th place take it. If not ignore him. :mrgreen:
