Weekend Pron and some more!

Heres some shots from the weekend. Tried some ABT's for the first time! HOLY CHIT they're addictive, they're SOO good!!! Did them up with rubbed cream cheese, mexican blend and bacon and some others with Brie and bacon (ran out of cream cheese.) Did some chicken and ribs as well. It's been a good weekend. Went all out cuz recently I haven't had any time due to the new J.O.B. anyways here are the pics.

Oh yeah Been having probs with store bought ribs and the amout of meat on the bone, got my butcher to custom cut some and they came out pretty nice. Best ribs Ive done to this time, nice and fat-ish.. well here's my humble efforts! :biggrin:

Pharsty, just saw "NO RESERVAtions", He was in Jamaica, very nice place, they showed the upper class side, lower class side, some good eats! Lots of nice seafood.

"Weekend Pron and some more!" Was not what I expected from my brother in Jamaica.... I do however appreciate the fact that you took the pictures at night so not to depress those of us that got another 6 inches of snot last night....

hey guys. sorry it too me so long to get back to this, new jobs suck!!! well ok ok the transition into new jobs suck. lol anyways, the brie poppers were pretty damn good if i do say so myself :biggrin:
Thanks for all the nice comments on the smokers, I have a new one on the way.. just have to find the time to finish it.. Ill post on that later with some pics.
