Any of yall seen these yet? i was browsing Amazon for the charcoal holders for the kettle and came across this. I have the wooden table but after it has sat outside and neglected it has finally seperated into about 4 different pieces. this one sells for 45 bucks. and looks pretty nifty and is detachable.
hooks over the handle i believe and the legs snap in. also has a place to hang utensils.

I saw that on Amazon too and I added it to my wish list.

I've never seen one, other than on Amazon.

It will be interesting to see what people think of it.

Wonder if it would work for the WSM somehow?
Lengthen the legs a bit?
What do you think Norco?

Different diameter. Probably would work though. Emt conduit for legs or those inexpensive adjustable hiking sticks.

Last summer while on CL I found a 22 inch weber from 1982 set up and used twice and then put in Mom's basement. They all forgot about it till she was being sent to live in a home. I bought it for $10. The best part is that it came with a weber wooden table still in the box:-D I have never been able to find a picture on line.

The wooden one I have...doesn't like the weather a lot and is a pain to remove and store each time I get through using it. I would be interested in finding out about the other one though.

If you lose a tooth, send it into Amazon and they will send you something on your wish list

(I'm not kidding)

Looks nice. I usually haul out a full size table when Im grilling. But considering the current condition of my back that unit would be the Cats ass.

It still is in the box, and I have never used it.
But for the price it can take up space in the shed all it wants.

Actually, theres two new tables from Weber coming this season :

The one mentioned above is the so called "kettlemate".

http://img233.imageshack.us/img233/6075/kettlematekp5.jpg

Then theres another table that stands on its own without attaching it to the grill, i think this one might be better for a WSM. In case its not too high, though.

Somehow i got the feeling that i´m gonna see one of you guys soon post a pic of a UDS surrounded by 4 of those tables

just get some glue, clamps and fix it. A little sanding and poly and better than that new $hit.

Assuming these fit well with the WSM, very very tempting...

thats what im hoping. ive got both in the back yard so it would be nice to be able to attach it to either one. i would guess u could make leg extenders if needed to reach the WSM. the only problem i see with it working with the WSM is that the WSM lid fits inside the middle portion to seal. this actually has the tabs like the tool holder etc that hangs over the side and the kettle lid fits over it.. so i dont know if it is interchangeable with the WSM.

Well got all my goodies in today. it was like
Christmas in February. First off the Table is pretty sweet. it does not work with the WSM though. It will fit either the 18.5 or 22.5 kettles. it has places underneath to mount the clips for either application. they just screw in. the legs snap into place. the 22.5 leg extensions are pretty well made. molded plastic that u have to insert into the legs. the ones for the 18.5 are cheesy they are just the little plastic caps to put over the end of the leg. for the regular silver series like mine it hooks over the handle then the clips snap onto the lip of the kettle. very sturdy. says it will hold 35lbs. Ive got this a slide aside for the lid and tool holder all clipped on and the lid still fits snug. I recommend if u have a kettle to check out this table. it is far superior than the little wooden cutting board table that mounts on the kettle leg.

I also got my coal baskets. which looks pretty sweet compared the the rails i had been using. and my ET73 dual probe maverick.

I also got in my new Hats.. My fiance stole the other i was planning on sending to my brother.

I will post up a pic or two tomorrow of the table..

Ey Daddy, I checked out them slide asides at BBQ Galore. I really want one of them. Did you install yours?
Looks like you gotta drill holes or something. Could be a job for Norco.....

This is the one ive had for well over a year now from weber i got it on amazon for about 15 bucks. it just has hooks that slide of the side of the kettle. no drilling or anything. i can move it where ever i need it. Its not really a slide aside in the sense that it attaches to the lid and it slides up and over. This one is just a lid holder that is quicker to use than the lid hook. also helps serve as a wind break when lighting coals.

I'm not a scientist, but doesn't plastic melt when it's near heat? What's that table made of that it can withstand the 400+ degree heat comming off the kettle?

It sits off the kettle right over the handle so i dont think it would have any problems. its not touching the kettle.

Here are some pics of the table on my silver series 22.5 it sets off the kettle rim about an inch or so. so i dont think it would have any problems with melting.
