I am planning on serving baby back ribs for Superbowl but the time to cook that day is very limited. So my question: what is the best way to cook ahead, cook to completely done then refrigerate; cook almost done, refrigerate then grill to finish that day; or some other method. Thanks in adbance for all of your knowledgeable advice and suggestions. By the way I will be cooking/smoking on a weber kettle indirect.
