those were three packs from sam's. i fought one of them for about half an hour trying to get that dang membrane off. the whole time i was thinking "this better not happen at the comp in july!!"

Those ribs look outstanding. Are you just setting the top grate on the handles of the Weber grate, or is there something I can't see?

yes sir, just like that. the first time i did that i used a rib rack first, then used the two grids after saucing. this time, i used the two grids from the start. that was about 5:15 for these guys with no foiling. the pom chipotle ribs were the bestest

Great pics as always. Who wuda thunk a pomegranate and jalapeno flavor profile would work? Now I must try it.

Ask your wife.

That Tastefully Simple is the new hell spawn of home demonstration selling (although being in the house with 10 horny woman during a "SupriseParties" party, is fun)

Once your wife gets invited to one of these Tastefully Simple parties, then she'll hold one, and then her friends, etc. You get like 10% off for hosting, then a cut (in product) on everything you sell.

My wife keeps coming home with all kinds of crap, season salt, moraccan salt, carridean salt, I finally told her to knock off the salt crap.

I do admit they make this awesome Salsa mix, and the Pear Koolaid material does make an interesting vodka drink.

We have a ton of cheeseball packets, dip making packets, etc to last a lifetime.

She keeps buying it, cuz its her friends, and its a lady's night out.

Its the Devil, and I'm sure it will be in Walmart soon.

well i'll tell ya... if you really want to order some, it'd really cool if you used my consultant and good friend yvette gerhard. she makes it well worth my while. the pomegranate chipotle sauce is a seasonal item, so you better be quick if you want to try it. other favorites of mine are the vidalia onion dressing, the beer breads, berry buckle cake mix, brownie mix, and nana's apple cake mix.

tastefully simple (http://www.tastefullysimple.com/Cultures/en-US/)

and it's not as bad as some people would lead you to believe. they have great stuff and i've never been pressured at all. maybe it's because i have a great consultant!

the mrs dog's jerk marinade is great stuff as well and you can find that along with mr's dog's disappearing mustard from a fellow brethren member here:
mrs. dog's (http://www.mrsdogs.com/)

thanks for all the great comments guys! i've got some more of those left, and i'll be heating them up in the oven here directly!
