The talk of a bacon bowl in the bacon weave thread made me hungry.

1) 6 x 6 bacon weave draped over a pyrex bowl and baked at 375F.

2) Flip the bowl over and fill with some crispy fried Potatoes O'Brien.

3) Add some buckboard bacon to keep it barbecue related.

4) Top with poached eggs seasoned with Dizzy Dust.

Wow, fantastic.

I used to make edible bowls for salad out of fried tortillas, and that seems like a good idea to make a double bowl.

I just picture Chris Farley back in the day doing the Ditka show on SNL, beating his chest during a heart attack.

Just add a little cheese on it and you're good to go.

My web service provider isn't known for their uptime so it probably has nothing to do with you NC. Check back and PM me if you still can't see the pics or my website.

that is such a killer idea, I wonder what other foods would go into a bacon bowl? Potato salad? Ceasar salad? Nacho Cheese dip?

I was able to see them this morning. All I have to say is Dang!!! That's some good looking eats. Looks like I have a new breakfast dish. I wonder how they would taste if they were made ahead of time and then reheated in the oven.
