Off today, but working all day Sat and half of Sun.
Rack of BB and a beef rib end. I've got a whole chicken for later.

The Super Fast...Super Accurate "Green" Thermapen would not have allowed you to overcook that piece of meat! :twisted: "196"...is that a hunk of brisket?
