For those of you in the mid-west near a Hy-Vee. I saw they had Jimmy Dean sausage on sale for 2/$5, reg. $3.99.

Be sure you are watching for sales on pork. Listening to the farm show on WHO there is a glut of pork in the system and it needs to be moved.

I buy the lean ground pork and season it my self for both breakfast and fatty sausage. Almost no fat and no salt to ruin the meat taste. Its fantastic.
